- After confirming the booking, you will receive a detailed confirmation mail along with Address and Location via Whatsapp. There is no need of any printouts. ID card of any one of the traveler is required at the time of check-in.
- Is it a private boat or sharing boat?
- We provide private exclusive boats for the customers.
- What are the safety measures you follow?
- All our boats are well maintained, have life jackets, experienced drivers with license.
- Do you offer any cheaper cruises other than mentioned in the website? Why?
- No. We are a company approved by Kerala tourism and our customer’s safety and satisfaction is our prior concern. It is not possible to maintain the quality of service and safety in cheaper cruises. Visit to Poovar may be once in your life time…its such an amazing place with beautiful sightseeing points and to complete all the sightseeing points you need a proper itinerary.…It is not possible to complete all the proper itinerary in cheaper cruises.

- No, it is a Government authorized Private Limited Company.
- If I book online, is my banking information safe?

- If you book online, you can secure booking and start your cruise on arrival time itself; avoid queue and there will be no waiting time. No third party involvement so no price variation.
- Can I book online at the spot?
- To avoid third party involvement, we take advance online booking only.
- Is advance booking necessary?
- Yes..to avoid unavailability, price variation, delay in cruise advance booking is necessary. On arrival while you search for boat, you may deal with unauthorised persons results in high rate and compromising in the service and quality of the boat.

- If I book, when I can start the cruise?
- If you book online, you can do the cruise any time in between 8am and 4pm (normal motor boat & shikara boats cruises, honeymoon cruise, anniversary cruise). Reporting time – Sunrise cruise @ 6.15am, Lunch Cruise @ 12pm, Sunset cruise @ 4.15pm, Dinner cruise @ 4.30pm, Island round cruise – Anytime between 7am and 4pm, Bird watching cruise – Anytime between 7am and 4pm.
- When will be the last cruise time?
- 2 hour cruise – 4pm, 1.5 hour cruise- 4.30pm, 1 hour cruise – 5pm.
- How can I find your boat?
- We have our own exclusive boat jetty. On your arrival, our staff will receive you and guide you to the boat.
- Is a parking facility available?
- Yes, we have free parking area near the boat boarding point. There is enough space for parking the vehicles including Volvo buses.

- How many kilometers it will cover?
- It is not based on kilometers. It’s covering sightseeing areas.
- Is houseboat cruise available in Poovar?
- No, as the Poovar backwater is a small area, we can cover all the sightseeing points in maximum 2 hours.
- What is the difference between motor boat and shikara boat?
- Motor boats are factory built fiber boats with proper seats and shikara boats are locally built wooden boats.
- Is this is a speed boat?
- No, it is a motorized sightseeing boat.
- Is any luxury cruise available in Poovar?
- No, only motor boats and shikara boats cruises are available in Poovar.
- Where is your boat Jetty?
- Our boat jetty is located at Club Mahindra Resort road, Poovar.
- What is the geographical advantage of your boat boarding point?
- Our boat jetty is located at the prime location of Poovar backwaters. No repeated routes, we travel through different locations to cover all the areas.
